Apollo 24|7 offers a flexible return policy for items ordered with us. According to this policy, each purchased item will have a returnable window post delivery.
Your return request might have been rejected owing to the below metioned reasons:
1) If your product/item is not within the return window/period 0-2 days post delivery
2) if your product/item is not eligible for return, this information is available on the product page. Please refer the product page when placing the order
The items shall not be eligible for a return under the following circumstances:
If the product has been damaged, used partially, or been opened. Please check the package carefully at the time of delivery.
If the item is a consumable item.
Please do not accept the delivery if the package appears to have been tampered with or if the item's packaging, box, or seal has been broken.
If it is mentioned on the product detail page that the item is non-returnable
If the return window for any or all items in an order has lapsed.
Any accessories supplied with the item(s) are missing.
If the product does not bear the original barcode, serial number, or UPC that was attached at the time of delivery.
Any damage / defect which is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
If the item is damaged due to visible misuse.
Items such as diapers, health drinks, health supplements, glucometers, glucometer strips/lancets, health monitors, condoms, pregnancy/fertility kits, and others connected to child care, food and nutrition, healthcare gadgets, and sexual wellness.
However, if you are unable to raise a request despite your items being eligible for returns, please reach out to us immediately.
