Apollo 24|7 offers a flexible return policy for items ordered with us. According to this policy, each purchased item will have a returnable window post delivery.
Once the order is delivered, the return period will be indicated in the returns section of the mobile app.
Your order would not be eligible for replacement or exchange owing to these reasons:
1) If your product/item is not within the return window/period 0-2 days post delivery
2) if your product/item is not eligible for return, this information is available on the product page. Please refer the product page when placing the order
Items such as diapers, health drinks, health supplements, glucometers, glucometer strips/lancets, health monitors, condoms, pregnancy/fertility kits, and others connected to child care, food and nutrition, healthcare gadgets, and sexual wellness are not eligible for return once sold owing to the current prevailing conditions (covid-19).
However, if you are unable to raise a request despite your items being eligible for returns, please reach out to us immediately.
