- If you have already cancelled booking or the booking status is shown as 'Cancelled' or 'Rejected' in your app, the refund will be processed within 4-5 business working days to your source payment mode from the date of cancellation.
- If the status is something else, please ask the vaccination centre to mark your vaccination status as 'Rejected'. This will automatically refund your payment within 4-5 business working days to your source payment mode.
- If you are not able to contact the vaccination centre, raise a request here with registered mobile number, booking ID, customer name so that we can verify your concern and process the request accordingly.
