Your order would have been cancelled due to one of the following reasons:
1. Invalid prescription
2. Restricted medicines
3. Serviceabiitiy issues
4. No response from user while attempting a delivery
You can further check the reason of cancellation in Apollo 24|7 app under 'My Account' section >> 'My Orders'>> 'Click on respective order'.
If this is a prepaid order, refund of your payment is initiated automatically upon cancellation and it generally reflects in your source payment mode within 7 working days from the date of cancellation. For UPI refunds, please note that the refund amount gets directly credited in the bank account and does not reflect in the UPI app. We would request you to check the bank account statement for such payments.
