Our doctors usually upload the prescription within an hour of the consultation.

Please follow the steps given below to check your prescription:

• Go to the 'Appointments' section in the app

• Click on 'Active Appointments'

• Go to the 'Consult room'

• Click on 'View Prescription' to check/download your prescription
