Please follow these steps to reschedule or cancel your appointment:
• Go to the '
Appointments' section in the app
• Click on '
Active Appointments'
• Select the concerned appointment -> Click on '
Manage'
• Click on the '
Reschedule' option and choose another time slot OR click on 'Cancel' option
You do not have to pay for rescheduling. Please note that an appointment can be rescheduled up to 3 times. After that, it will be cancelled automatically.

If you have cancelled your consultation, the payment refund gets initiated immediately and reflects in your source payment mode within 7 working days from the date of cancellation.
For UPI refunds, please note that the refund amount gets directly credited in the bank account and does not reflect in the UPI app. We would request you to check the bank account statement for such payments.
